Where do I find my CD Installation Password?
Your CD Installation Password (CD Key) was printed on the registration form that was originally shipped with the product.

Please fill out all the above information. It is very important that we identify the actual user of the On-Line! Detective® - not the purchasing agent. Registered Professional and Standard Edition users are eligible for fixes, product information, and technical support. FTP Updates are for the Professional Edition only. After registering, qualified users of the Professional Edition will be issued a unique User Name and FTP Access Password. You will need this information to log on to our FTP site.
