General Information

Classes begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. and continue through 5:00 p.m. daily. You may arrive after 8:30 a.m. When making travel arrangements, please keep in mind that the Friday session for most classes will continue through 5:00 p.m.

When you arrive, please register with the instructor.

Dress: Dress is casual since the class has considerable hands-on practice.

Meals & Lodging: Quality affordable dining and lodging are available within a short driving distance of our Education Center. There is also an on-site cafeteria as well as vending machines and complimentary coffee located in the student lounge.

Telephones: Public telephones are available in the common area outside the classrooms.

Parking: Convenient parking is available at no cost directly in front of our Education entrance.

Smoking: Building policy prohibits smoking inside any areas of the building.

Refunds & Course Cancellation: Course fees are fully refundable if you notify SoftTech at least 15 days before the start of the course. SoftTech reserves the right to cancel a course 7 (seven) days prior to its start if the course has an insufficient number of students. We will not cancel a class with less than 7 (seven) calendar days notice to confirmed students. We cannot assume responsibility for any other costs to the student (i.e., non-refundable airline tickets).
